User Responsibility: You are responsible for all transactions made
using your User ID and Password.
Cathedral Credit Union Liability: We are not responsible for any losses
resulting from unauthorized transactions, unless such losses are
caused by our negligence or intentional misconduct.
Online Banking may be subject to interruptions, delays, or other issues
beyond our control. We do not guarantee the availability or functionality of
the service at all times.
We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will be
notified of any significant changes, and continued use of Online Banking
constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
You may terminate your Online Banking services at any time by notifying us
in writing. We may also terminate your access to Online Banking for any
reason, with or without notice.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which
Cathedral Credit Union is located.
