To apply for a loan, applicants must provide the following documents:

• Two (2) Valid Forms of Identification
  At least one must be a government-issued photo ID.

• Recent Job Letter (Employed) / Sworn Affidavit (Self Employed)
  The letter must be addressed to the Credit Union and confirm

•  Recent Pay Slips (Employed)/ Bank Statements (Self Employed)       

            o Monthly, Fortnightly- (2 Pay Slips), or Weekly (4 pay slips) pay slips are accepted
            o Must be the most recent copies available
            o Six (6) Bank Statement – (Self Employed)

• Most recent Utility Bill

This is required as proof of current residential address.
